Leah Hairston, MSSW (she/her) is a seasoned doula on a mission to end maternal mortality. She is the founder and CEO of Sweet Bee Services, a full-spectrum reproductive health agency based in Baltimore, Maryland. Leah and her team are committed to empowering women and addressing systematic reproductive injustices. They provide justice-focused, trauma-informed, and family-centered care. Leah also serves as an instructor and mentor with the National Black Doula Association. A graduate of Roland Park Country School, Howard University, and Columbia University, she enjoys exploring new recipes, diving into audiobooks, taking walks with her pup T’Challa, and cherishing moments with loved ones.

Sara is a certified Women's Reproductive Health & wellness advocate continuing in the legacy of her grandmothers. She is also a Cultural Anthropologist, Preservationist, and Historian. She is both a scholar and educator in African Studies & Philosophy with the mission to elevate African narratives by teaching our-true-stories absent of colonial embellishment. Sara is the founder of Peace Crown’d (line of satin hair accessories) and Afri-Identity LLC (African centered genealogy). Sara reverted to Islam through the proud reclamation of her ancestral spirituality. She had been a scholar of Sufi Islamic Studies for 6 years prior to officiating her shahada in 2022 and committing wholeheartedly to her tariqa.

Ramotalai Coker is passionately dedicated to maternal and child health, with a particular emphasis on Black maternal health and women's wellness. With over 15 years of public health experience, she is driven by a mission to empower women to advocate for their own well-being. Serving as a Lieutenant in the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, Ramotalai is stationed as a Systems Analyst at the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Health Science and a Master of Public Health from Morgan State University.

Ramotalai is also the founder of Abiyamo, a platform devoted to protecting and enhancing the well-being of Black women. Beyond her professional commitments, she is a devoted wife and mother to three beautiful daughters, Nasirah, Farah, and Safiyah. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring history, shopping, and indulging in good food.

Ajeenah Abdul-Haqq is a seasoned yoga and mindfulness instructor and health coach with over a decade of experience in the wellness and business sectors. She co-manages Twist and Turns Body Fitness, a fitness company she runs alongside her mother.

Ajeenah is dedicated to promoting holistic health by integrating mind, body, and faith. Her mission is to help her community achieve optimal health, reach their health goals, and live a peaceful life through a combination of healthy eating, wellness practices, yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. She serves a diverse clientele, including children, youth, and adults from various backgrounds, with a focus on shared values and spiritual well-being.

Ajeenah holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Her fitness studio caters to major corporations, non-profit organizations, government agencies, schools, and private clients & groups. 

Passionate about helping others and giving back, Ajeenah believes that embodying a beautiful character is a way to share her gifts and fulfill her purpose. She emphasizes that a healthy lifestyle is key to happiness and provides her students with valuable health, wellness, and nutrition guidance to support their individual goals.
