Jummah Mubarak, sis! This Ramadan served as a profound reminder of the harmony between science and spirituality, as the physical act of fasting and its health benefits illustrated how spiritual practices can align with scientific understanding. It was a deeply reflective time, bringing vivid memories of the past that allowed for personal growth and clarity, while also emphasizing the importance of honoring and restoring my lineage by reconnecting with my roots and carrying forward my family’s positive legacy. Most powerfully, it reaffirmed my belief in the strength of sincere dua, showing that even the biggest prayers can be answered through unwavering faith and trust in divine timing.

Surah Al-Hashr | 59-18
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَلْتَنظُرْ نَفْسٌۭ مَّا قَدَّمَتْ لِغَدٍۢ ۖ وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ خَبِيرٌۢ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ
O believers! Be mindful of Allah and let every soul look to what ˹deeds˺ it has sent forth for tomorrow. And fear Allah, ˹for˺ certainly Allah is All-Aware of what you do.
